My story
I am an Outdoor Wellbeing Practitioner based on the Wirral who helps people slow down, widen their attention, and reconnect with a gentler pace through simple, sensory, movement‑based practices. I blend all this with simple conservation tasks for all ages and abilities.
Why nature matters to me
I have always enjoyed introducing people to the outdoors and this has led me to have a deep passion for nature and all it can offer us. This I believe is more important than ever today in these hard times when people are stressed and feel disconnected from people and our natural spaces.
Beyond the sessions
When I am not in the mountains or looking after them I love to read and have a special place for poetry!
Training and safety
I have completed Outdoor First Aid training with a qualification awarded by ITC First.
